Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role supports the firm’s marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about representing Park Avenue Wealth Management both online and within the community.
Responsibilities include assisting with marketing campaigns, client communications, event coordination, and local networking activities. A successful candidate will have a strong commitment to accuracy, adherence to compliance regulations, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
> Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including newsletters, social media posts, and client communications, using pre-approved content.
> Design and develop original marketing materials when pre-approved content is not available, ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance guidelines.
> Maintain consistency with brand standards and compliance requirements in all marketing materials.
> Assist with event planning and firm-sponsored community activities.
> Attend local networking events and community functions as a representative of Park Avenue Wealth Management.
> Manage contact lists, update CRM records, and track marketing campaign performance.
> Collaborate with advisors, compliance reviewers, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate communication delivery.
Client Experience
> Support client experience initiatives from onboarding, through ongoing relationship management, and helping ensure each client feels valued and connected to our firm.
> Coordinate personalized client communications, including birthday cards, holiday greetings, and thoughtful appreciation gifts.
> Assist with scheduling and follow-up for client meetings, events, and special initiatives.
> Contribute to the development of processes that enhance client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
> Provide administrative and creative support for various marketing and client service projects.
> Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
> Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
> 1–3 years of experience in marketing, client services, or administrative support; experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus.
> Demonstrated experience with social media management, email campaigns, and event coordination.
> Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
> Experience with marketing design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
