About the Position:

Community Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care for a 13-year-old male child in the Delmont area. As part of our trusted team, you'll deliver personalized care while enjoying the support of a family-run agency that has proudly served local communities for more than three decades.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday: 2:30 PM-9:30 PM

Saturday, Sunday: 8:00 AM-10:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with all ADL's

- Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort

- Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Requirements:

- Previous experience with pediatric care preferred

- Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience

- Current CPR certification

- Reliable transportation
