About the Position:

Community Care is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 8-year-old male child in the Harrison City area. As part of our trusted team, you'll deliver personalized care while enjoying the support of a family-run agency that has proudly served local communities for more than three decades.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday: 3:30 PM-10:30 PM

Saturday, Sunday: 11:00 AM-5:00 PM OR 3:30 PM-11:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with all ADL's

- G-tube care and feedings

- Medication administration

- Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Requirements:

- Active Pennsylvania RN/LPN license

- Current CPR certification

- Experience with G-Tube care

- Pediatric or private duty experience preferred, but not required

- Reliable transportation
