About the Position:

Community Care is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 8-year-old female child in the Latrobe area. As part of our trusted team, you'll deliver personalized care while enjoying the support of a family-run agency that has proudly served local communities for more than three decades.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday: 7 hours/day to accompany child to school

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with all ADL's

- Medication administration

- Blood glucose monitoring

- Monitoring ketones

- Plan meals/exercise

- Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Requirements:

- Active Pennsylvania RN/LPN license

- Experience with Diabetes Mellitus (DM)

- Experience with Dexcom and Omnipod

- Current CPR certification

- Pediatric or private duty experience preferred, but not required

- Reliable transportation
