About the Position:

Community Care is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 7-year-old male child in the New Kensington area. As part of our trusted team, you'll deliver personalized care while enjoying the support of a family-run agency that has proudly served local communities for more than three decades.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Thursday: 3:30 PM-12:30 AM

Friday: 1:30 PM-10:30 PM

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with all ADL's

- Monitoring seizures

- Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Requirements:

- Active Pennsylvania RN/LPN license

- Current CPR certification

- Pediatric or private duty experience preferred, but not required

- Reliable transportation
