About the Position:

Community Care is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a 18-year-old male child in the Whitney area. As part of our trusted team, you'll deliver personalized care while enjoying the support of a family-run agency that has proudly served local communities for more than three decades.

Available Shifts:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:

- Assisting with all ADL's

- G-tube care and feedings

- Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family

Requirements:

- Active Pennsylvania RN/LPN license

- Pediatric and G-tube experience

- Current CPR certification

- Reliable transportation
